My email is still not loading. I contacted my provider and they told me to contact microsoft. I can receive emails on my ipad and iphone but not on my Dell Ispirion Laptop. Please Help

Thats web browser access and not a mail client
If you dont have MS Office that includes MS Outlook desktop, then use the win Mail app, and add the mail accounts

I already checked with Spectrum, because I’m receiving emails on my iPad and iPhone they said the issue is with Microsoft. The mails are not loading into my inbox. It tells me the number but then reads no emails to show
