Hi - did you manage to get a solution from MS on this crashing issue? Mine has been doing it for months and i just manage it but it’s really frustrating and so it would be really good to know a fix was found….

Thank you for your response, we've had a lot of feedback recently from users around the world about this issue i.e. Microsoft To-Do app crashing on iPhone/iPad and you're not alone in this. The problem may not be with your account. We are actively reporting this issue to Microsoft and hope to have it resolved as soon as possible. It's important to note that these types of issues can sometimes be temporary and may fix themselves as server load changes or data sources are restored. In the meantime you can try closing unnecessary background applications to improve device performance. Or try a different network environment such as a mobile hotspot to see if the problem persists.

The app crashed on both my iPhone and iPad.
It crashes at different times. It has occurred when trying to scroll down to see different tasks, when trying to mark a task complete, when opening a tasks to view the notes to name just a few.
My phone overall had issues a couple weeks ago when I saw an increase in this issue. Apple helped me reset my iPad and iPhone to manufacture settings and then download again and that did not help.
There are no error messages shown.

(e.g. PC, phone, tablet, etc.)Does the app crash occur during a specific action? For example, when opening a task list, adding a task, or at some other specific point in the process?Was the app running fine before? When did the crash start? Is there any error message or any message at the time of the crash?
