Desynchronization issue between local Excel files and online Excel files

I utilize licensed Microsoft Office software, employing the online file feature that integrates OneDrive and Excel. Recently, I frequently encounter errors; specifically, the Excel software on my computer is unable to update data from the online file. When opening the file in the desktop application, it indicates that the new data is not updated. I have verified that the Microsoft account is functioning properly, and it remains logged in on both Excel and OneDrive. Upon closing the file, a notification box appears, yet following the completion of this notification, the new data remains unupdated.

Excel is uploading your most recent changes. This will be take a moment.

If you'd rather not wait you can close the file now and we'll upload them the next time you open it

    Dear CGV.DCTO,

I think that it may be a credential issue between the Office applications and Office for the web.

As a first troubleshooting way, I suggest you check whether you have updated the version number of the Office applications to the latest version number. If yes, try the following way to see and let us know the result.

    1. Clear the browser cache and cookies and close the browser.
    2. Sign out of all accounts from the Office applications.
    3. Clear prior activation information manually via the steps in Reset activation state for Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise - Microsoft 365 Apps | Microsoft Learn. You can contact the administrator to do that if it is needed in your environment.

    1. Open the browser again and open a file with the Office application such as Excel and do a test to check the outcome.

Meanwhile, please click on File>Account and upload a full screenshot of the Excel application for our reference.

Note: Remove any private information before uploading the screenshots.

Welcome to share any updates at your convenience.

Thank you for your time and effort.

    Sincerely
