I would like to speak with someone in an effort to receive a clear explanation of the duplicate charges.

I cannot afford monthly charges and the annual subscription fee. This is redundant and expensive!!

PLEASE GIVE ME A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL AND SPEAK WITH A LIVE REPRESENTATIVE!

    Hi, David Moss6

The community provides technical advice and support to users but is not authorized to handle issues related to billing and refunds. Issues can be better resolved by contacting Microsoft's billing department. Thank you for your understanding!

You can follow the steps below to connect with Microsoft support, please also consult Microsoft online support for details:

    Contact Microsoft Support.

    1. Visit this website: Contact - Microsoft Support
    2. Type contact in the search box.

Please note: The chat support team only works at certain times, so if the last window says it's not available, try opening it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. That way, they can call you and help you.

    Best regards
