How can I fix this problem pasting/inserting images?

When I paste or insert picture (screenshot) in the word document, I can see only the bottom of the picture. I is possible to brite upon the pasted picture too. How can i fix this problem? I have word 16.93 on mac

Check if you are pasting the image into a text paragraph whose Line Spacing is set to a fixed amount. If that is the case, you will see the Line Spacing specified as "Exactly" in the Paragraph dialog box. Change the spacing back to "Single."

    I'm assuming that brite is a typo intended to be write. If so, the short answer is no. What you can do is create a Text Box with No Fill to overlay the picture & Group the two objects [provided neither is set to In Line with Text].

    An image can be overprinted by the body text but that doesn't sound like what you want to achieve.
