    Before I answer your question, you need to give me some information so I can better pinpoint your problem.

    Are you using a business or school account or a personal account?

    Because the solution is completely different for different accounts, I hope you can let me know clearly.

    Here are some ways (for the personal version):

    1.Network problem.

    Disconnect from your current network and use a different Wi-Fi, such as connecting to your phone's hotspot.

    Turn off the computer and WiFi, wait for some time, and then turn on the device to connect to the network.

    1. Reshare the file.

    It is possible that the link to the file you are sharing is not working, so we suggest you contact the person you are sharing with to resend the link.
