Issue with adding shared folder to my files

Dear community,

I have a big issue with a shared folder. It was shared approx. 3 years ago and everything worked fine until some weeks ago. First it was not synchronized anymore, and now I even cannot add it to my files after removing it and trying to add it again.

Can anyone help me get the folder synchronized again?

Thanks in advance and best regards
