Microsoft Developer Program - Issue with signing up - Number already registered.

Hi there, I have been directed here by a Microsoft Support rep after raising this issue with them. I don’t have a clue how this site works but I hope i’m doing this right.

I have been recently trying to sign up for the Microsoft Developer program however when I am trying to use my phone number it says it has already been used to sign up for a developer account and can’t be used.

How can I fix this? How can I find out what account the number is already attached to?
