Formatting Bibliography after Endnotes Issues - When emailing or printing the document, my Sections get reversed.

Hello,

As the title suggests, when I email or print my document, my Bibliography section is automatically placed before my Endnotes. I have attached screenshots of a sample document with the issues listed; in my Word document, the formatting is correct, but once it is sent or printed it's reversed.

Here is the document before printing or emailing (in order):

I can send links to the document if needed, it's a sample of what is happening to a larger document.

    In order to put the Bibliography (or any other text) after the endnotes, you have to use a special procedure described at https://wordmvp.com/FAQs/Formatting/FootnoteFAQ.htm#TextAfterNotes

    Yes, I have tried this and followed the directions exactly as stated. The document appears with the Bibliography after the Endnotes, but only gets altered when I email or print the document.

    Also, this document needs to be submitted as a Word document, so saving as a PDF is not an option.
