This was posted over a year ago and doesn't seem to have been resolved. When a YouTube link is pasted, the following appears:

When clicking the hyperlink (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u6XAPnuFjJc), a broken browser tab appears:

No issues accessing the video directly, but the browser tab in Edge gives the same error for any other site attempted once opened.

My browser is fine. I can access the video if I directly paste in the URL. Please don't give me a bunch of troubleshooting garbage in your response.

    Dear PeterGMcDermott-Work,

    Good day to you!

I hope you are doing well. Thanks for reaching out to our Microsoft Community Forum. We will be happy to help you.

According to your description, after pasting the YouTube video link, it doesn’t work. I tested the same scenario in our environment and observed a similar result as yours. Here is the screenshot for your convenience:

In this situation, we would need to collect logs and gather more information from your environment to investigate the issue further from the backend.

As a community forum, we have limited resources for in-depth troubleshooting. However, Microsoft has a dedicated support team equipped to handle such issues. I recommend contacting Microsoft technical support for assistance. They have the expertise and tools to help you. Here’s the support document with contact details: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn.

Additionally, if you are part of an organization, your Microsoft administrator can generate a support ticket through the admin portal. For convenience, here is the portal link: Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

I do apologize for any inconvenience.

Thank you for your understanding. Your cooperation and contributions are greatly appreciated.

    Kind Regards,

    Nahid Sultan
