I realize that you've encountered a problem of Account.
Here are some ways you can refer to below:
1. Confirm office account.
Open any office file, such as word.
You will see an avatar in the top right corner. Click on the avatar to see if it is your account.
2. Re-login office
If you realise it's not your account, you'll need to log in again.
Open an Office application: Launch any Office application, such as Word, Excel or PowerPoint.
Access Account Settings: Click on the File menu in the upper left corner and select Accounts.
Sign in to your account: On the Accounts page, click the Sign In button. Enter your Microsoft account information (email and password) and click ‘Sign In’.
During the login process, you may be required to enter the corresponding product key if your account has not been activated with a key, which you will only get if you subscribe to Microsoft products.
3. Contact Microsoft chat support
If you are entering your product key . Find a problem with the key. Please contact Microsoft Chat Support.
Product key questions often involve sensitive personal information that should not be shared publicly in a forum.
For these reasons, we recommend that you contact Microsoft Live Chat Support to resolve your issue and avoid disclosing your personal information in this public forum.

Sign in with your personal Microsoft account.
Enter your problem in the search bar. For example, subscriptions/invoices/refunds.
Click Get Help at the bottom of the page, and then click Contact Support.
Select Contact Support, you will be asked to describe the issue again under "Products & Services" and "Categories". Click Confirm.
Choose "Chat with a support agent in a web browser".
Note: Chat support is only available during certain hours. So if the last window says it's not available, try reopening it the next day.
