    Dear Emmaharvey1

We have received your reply. We see that you have enabled two-factor authentication, but there are still problems with account login and file access.

Abnormal account login is also related to the network you are currently connected to when logging into your account. If you have turned on a VPN or other network proxy, your account may be logged in elsewhere.

However, due to the limitations of Microsoft Community tools, we cannot directly view file access and account login information through your account.

We can only recommend that you strengthen your account security verification and login information from the perspective of account security to prevent others from logging in to your account access information on other devices or during the recording process.

Although we cannot check whether others have accessed your files, we will provide you with the best possible help.

We also recommend that you contact the OneDrive support team and the corresponding account chat support team to help you further query the account login and correct display information.

See if we can help you query the abnormal login and file access record information under your account. https://onedrive.live.com/?action=feedback

    or <--Contact Microsoft Support-->

    1. Type your problems in the search box there.
    2. Now click on Get Help and select Contact Support below

4.Go to the Products & Services tab and choose the Microsoft 365 & Office or Other Products category

5.On the Category tab, choose Account Sign-in questions or other alternatives.

    6.Go to Confirm.

    1. You can now choose the option to Chat with a support agent in your web browser.

Please note: The chat support team only works at certain times, so if the last window says it's not available, try opening it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. That way, they can call you and help you.

    Dear Emmaharvey1

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

We understand that the access information displayed by your Office has an error prompt.

According to your description, you have checked the account action information for login. You said that you did not log in but the prompt message of login being blocked appeared. We need to explain to you:

Your account and file storage information are your personal privacy. Microsoft will not actively detect and log in to your account and view your files. We are worried that if your login is blocked, it may be because someone else tried to log in to access the account or the password was wrong or there were other account verification problems.

You can first confirm whether your account is connected to other devices. If so, first confirm whether other devices have access to your file information.

You can log in to your phone or other computer or mobile device to confirm whether the login and file access status of the Microsoft account on the device is normal. If a friend or family member accesses the file through other devices, the corresponding viewing record will also be synchronized.

At the same time, you can use the Microsoft dashboard to confirm whether your Microsoft account has been logged into an unfamiliar computer device. If so, you can try to delete the device login first. You can refer to the information in the following link to help you further confirm:

For the security of your account and to prevent others from logging in or account verification errors, we also recommend that you try to increase your account security verification:

You can try to change your account password first:

The account password is the most basic verification information. You can change the password again to access your account files.

    Add other verification methods:

You can add other security verifications to your account or enable two-step verification to help you increase the security of your account and prevent others from logging in to your account.

Please understand that our initial response may not always resolve your issue immediately. However, we will also respond based on your subsequent help and more detailed information so that we can find a solution together.
