Analyze Data not working

Is there a problem with the analyze data feature in Excel?

Yes - I tried rebooting the computer

Yes - I tried restarting the application

Yes - my internet connection is fine

Yes - I have the add-in Datapak installed

Yes - it's an xslx file

Office 365

I cannot get it to work on other files that it previously worked on or a current file that I am still finishing for monthly results.

    I have the same issue. It was working up to about a month ago. When I hit Analyze data, the side pane opens up, but its just a white box and no data appears.

    Is there any notice or error message when you are using data analysis? Could you share a screenshot?
