    In that case, to have a better understanding and narrow down the situation to identify the root cause of your issue, May I confirm the following information with you?

    1. Since you post the thread under **Word / For business / Other,**May I confirm whether you are using Word on Windows, Mac or mobile device?
    2. May I confirm whether the issue happens to other Office apps? Please provide me a full screenshot of the situation you’ve encountered.
    3. If you are using the desktop version of Office, May I confirm the full name of your Office product? Please provide me a full name of the Office products you have. (For example: Microsoft 365 Business Premium, Office Professional Plus 2021/2019, Office Home & Business/Student 2021/2019 or others)
