    From the description you have given what I understood is that you cannot active Microsoft account.

    To better understand your situation. Please provide some informations below:

    1. Are you facing the issue while activating your account or office app ?
    2. If there is any error message, please provide a screenshot
    3. Provide a screenshot of the subscription page: To check Subscription of desktop app, Login in Microsoft 365 portal with your credential > home > Install & more (Right top corner) > Install Microsoft 365 apps > My account > Subscriptions > Check the latest version of office available or not.
    4. Does your colleague face the same issue?
