Microsoft Shared Booking

My organization is using Microsoft Bookings to schedule group interviews with potential employees. There should be two staff members assigned to each booked event, and up to four candidates. I've set each staff member's availability to when they should be assigned to a booking. This much is working so far. The issue is, if more than one candidate signs up for a specific slot, a new Teams link is created and sent out. We end up with candidates in different places, therefore missing their interview slots.

  1. How can I ensure that only ONE link is shared, I have a specific link I want, and no new links get created and automatically sent out?
  2. How can I confirm that each candidate receives this same link?
