Now where will I bring my product key for Microsoft office . The things was pre installed in device and I don’t have product key neither do I see the purchase in my Microsoft account .

I bought the laptop with windows 11 and office pre installed in it . My PC was working slow that’s why I have reboot ( kept only files and removed everything) after that my windows 11 got successfully installed in fact I can see it’s product key too but the problem is about office it is asking for product key . What should I do?

I have been using word , powerpoint and excel since 2 years from the same account . I could confirm that because when I open the office in website I can see some word I have edited in my laptop. So I am sure that this was my office account which was created during my new laptop installation

A reboot is when you restart the PC

If you are saying you upgraded the same PC from win10 to win 11

Where you previously using O365 or some other office version?

What is shown on the MS Account under services & Subs

    https://office.com/myaccount

If the version of Office was a pre-installed full version then when activated you create or use an MS Account in that process., and if you have a new PC you access that MS Account to re-install - no key is used
