Expecting technical advice regarding O365 Tenant hosted location migration from European Union to UAE Datacenter.

Currently our O365 tenant data hosted in European Union, as part of internal data compliance, all our data (email, teams, share point, one drive data) should move to UAE region /data center.

There is no changes in email address and domain name (only hosted data center migration). When we approach O365, as per them "Data Transfer ", So we need to take do our self.

Kindly help us to understand step-by-step procedure for "(Data hosted location) from European Union to U.A.E Region ".

Following data we need to migrate

1. Mailbox- email, calendar, Task, note.
2. Teams data- individual user & teams group data.
3. User one drive, share point site. Questions in Mind
4. Is there need to create new Tennent in UAE region with same name ?
5. Any Microsoft Tool can be use for this or should we need third party tool ?.
