Cannot Refresh data types

Question

Hey there, been trying to refresh stock data on my Excel sheet but I get this error: "Sorry, our server is temporarily having problems. We're working to fix it". Anyone else with the same error?

I just tried using Excel from the web browser, and the same problem is occurring. I would rule out any 365 updates in that case, as I believe that the web version should have no compatibility / update issues whatsoever. Must be a data provider problem, but it seems weird that so few people are reporting the problem on this forum, I would expect it to have much bigger repercussions if it didn't work for anybody.

drove me mad for a few hours this issue...glad its not from my end but from MS' servers !

Yeah, I also experiencing the same error. It seems the issue comes from the data provider. Just need to wait for them to resolve it I think.

I just saw your post was from October, did you never get the chance to refresh data since? All was working fine for me until yesterday, and I use this feature daily.
