Rank Function Issues - Duplicates

Hi, I am having trouble ranking the "Total" column in order without duplicate ranks. This is the formula I'm using (=RANK.EQ(J27,$J$27:$J$161,0) +COUNTIF($J$27:J27,J27)-1) and these are the ranks that are returning (see image). I have no issues with the ranks below the screenshot, they appear to be working file and the formula is consistent.

    I don't see a screenshot.

    Could you create a stripped-down copy of the workbook demonstrating the problem (without sensitive information) and make it available through one of the websites that let you upload and share a file, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, FileDropper or DropBox. Then post a link to the uploaded and shared file here.
