We apologize for the inconvenience you are facing with syncing Microsoft Forms responses to Excel. To assist you more effectively, we need some additional information. Could you please provide the following details:

    1. Have you tried syncing the form responses to a new Excel workbook? Is your Excel workbook stored online and accessible?
    2. Are there any error messages when the sync fails? Have you checked if the Excel file is locked or checked out by another user?
    3. Have you tried clearing your browser cache or using a different browser?
    4. Would you consider using Power Automate to create a custom flow for syncing responses?

Additionally, it would be very helpful if you could provide screenshots of the error message and any other relevant information.

Kindly note that there is only one sync way, please note that Forms data sync to Excel is currently only available in Excel for the Web, not in Excel desktop apps or mobile apps. In this case, it is normal that you need open the linked workbook only in Excel for Web to see the latest responses.
