How do i retrive work missing from my document?

my document has been on autosave - but there are hours missing on my version history?

    We understand that you are experiencing a problem with documents that are missing parts of their content. Understand that this issue is causing you inconvenience.  Are you using a work account or a personal account?We recommend that you check to see if you can find the previously saved version on the device where you originally edited the document. Next, you can check the version history of the document on the web side of OneDrive to see if it is also missing a few hours of records. If part of the history is missing on the web side as well, then it's likely that the document was not successfully uploaded and synced while you were editing it.For recovering unsaved Word documents you can refer to this link: How to recover unsaved Word documents - Microsoft 365 Apps | Microsoft Learn
