Email subscription got the error message "The operation has timed out"

I create an email subscription, but email delivery failed, and get the below error message in log file
Failure sending mail: The operation has timed out.Mail will not be resent.
ERROR: Error sending email. Exception: System.Net.Mail.SmtpException: The operation has timed out.
I'm using Power BI Report Server, 2016 SQL Server standard Edition, Windows Server 2016
