My Bookings Page is not showing all the time slots I have chosen to show? How do I ensure this happens?

I am using Bookings and I did have it set up correctly so that people could book from the set time blocks I chose which was 4 - 430 and 4:30 - 5. I then added more time slots but these are not showing up when people try to make a booking.

How do I fix this?

Many thanks for your kind response,

Based on the screenshot you have provided, you have set the availability in the Microsoft Booking page default policy. This means, the availability you have provided is for all the services in your Booking page. Therefore, to reproduce the issue on my side and provide possible solution, kindly provide us with the availability of the affected service, you can refer to the screenshot below to check the availability of the service.

Once you checked the service, May I please know if the default policy availability and the service availability is the same or different?

I look forward to your response. Kindly note that the above requested information is required for further analysis and troubleshooting of your situation. Your patience and cooperation are much appreciated.

Thank you for your precious time. Have a nice day.

    Sincerely,

Thank you. I have double checked and that box is ticked. Please see screenshots as requested. The only service I am talking about is Moving House the Easy Way. We are not using the others.ImageImageImageImage

    Dear The Homemover,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community.

In order to understand the problem and provide possible solution, could you please provide us with the screenshot of your Microsoft Bookings availability of your affected service, your stuff availability and the affected public booking time slots?

    • May I please double confirm if your public bookings link time zone and your Booking page time zone is same? if you haven't check it yet, please kindly Open your Microsoft Booking --> go to Booking page -->Expand Region and time zone settings --> Under Current time zone, check if it is same time zone with your public booking link time zone, if it has difference, please kindly tick the check box for "Always show time slot in business time zone" and Save. then try if there is any update. You can refer to the screenshot.
