Thanks for your posting on Q&A.
Could the windows 10 2004 client connect to the Internet? We could click the check online for updates from Mindows Update option to install all the required updates if the comupter could connect to the Internet.
Please help to open the RUN and print the winver command to confirm the verion and share the screenshot with us. Here is a related picture for your reference:
