Page Layout View is inaccurately displaying data until the view is toggled; What could be the issue and how do I fix it?

One particular workbook is set to open in page view. When initially opened it acts as if the margins have been set extremely wide, only displaying 4 of the 9 columns on a page, the other columns appear to the right on a second page. However, once the view is toggled from Page View to either the Page Break Preview or Normal view and back it renders correctly with all 9 columns displaying accurately on one page.

It is only when initially opening the file that it does this, again once the view is toggled the issue is corrected. This is the only workbook I utilized on page view so I can't say for sure if it would happen with any of my others. I have removed all print areas, double checked my page breaks, and checked my margins but have not been able to identify or fix the problem.

Images have been included and while I have redacted most of the data they should be good enough to understand what I am seeing.

From your decription, it seems bug. Could you share a test file to reproduce your issue? Then I can report it to relevant team to fix it.
