Microsoft Purview Sensitivity Labels are encrypting Auto-Generated Emails causing Work Disruption

Hi Everyone,

I hope you are able to help in the following scenario.

We have 80 users, We deployed Microsoft Purview Information protection Sensitivity Labels with 5 labels, Public, Internal, Private, Restricted, Confidential.

We tested it first in our test environment and it was working fine.

We deployed it phase-wise in our departments one by one. First two departments it was fine and then we added 4 more and then this issue of Auto-Generated emails being encrypted with following message

"This message is protected with Microsoft Information Protection. You can open it using Microsoft Outlook, which is available for iOS, Android, Windows, and Mac OS. Get Outlook for your device here: https://aka.ms/protectedmessage.

Microsoft Information Protection allows you to ensure your emails can't be copied or forwarded without your permission. Learn more at https://microsoft.com/rms."

For Example we are collaborating on a Word document and I made a comment @mention User01. The email should come to the user that there was a comment made in the slide and need your input. Instead, for every comment made, all the Auto-Generated emails coming are like above which is disrupting collaboration work.

Is it possible to know what went wrong here and is there a way to replace this email with original message?

    Hi,

We opened a ticket with Microsoft Partner and waiting for a reply. Also have tested some solutions in our test environment and will be implementing in Prod. Will share here the solution if we resolve our label issues.
