Account type: 365 personal

App: Loop: Version 20241212029

Issue: When I send loop invites to people they do not receive them. There is no indication that someone needs a microsoft account to access my loop. Please advise on how to resolve this issue.

Thank you

    Hi SpaceWalnut,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I realize that you’ve encountered a problem with Loop invites And I understand how you feel.

The following is the information that needs to be confirmed with you

    1. Is your friend's mailbox storage space full? Is the trash box blocked? 2. What type of emails are not invited? Is it a specific mailbox?Microsoft Loop storage limits - Microsoft Support

    1. Check Loop sharing settings.
Open the Loop app and check if the loop you shared is properly set to be shared with your friend. Make sure you have configured the appropriate permissions for the loop (e.g., selecting whether to allow editing or view-only access).

3.Share my test results with you.

Test Environment: Microsoft 365 Loop, sharing from a personal account to another personal account (***outlook.com/Hotmail.com***)
Platform: Web version of Microsoft 365 Loop

Result: The Outlook/Hotmail account doesn't seem to receive an email, but a workspace appears on the Loop homepage for joining collaborative work.

Feel free to post back if you need further assistance. Additionally, you can try sending it from a mobile device or another device and see if the person being shared with can directly access the workspace.

    Best Regards,

    Hi Dreti,

I used two accounts to create a document and tested again, account 1 to account 2 to share the new workspace document does not show, account 2 to account 1 reverse share the new workspace document is displayed, not sure if it is the case you encountered, it seems to be because of the server interception reasons lead to account 1 to account 2 to share the new workspace document does not show.

    Best Regards,
