I cleared my AZ 900 exam . Where is my certificate?

Question

I cleared my AZ 900 exam but received no mail confirmation neither my certificate . I paid for this and I should have a better experience . Microsoft took my money and effort and disappeared . There is no clear cut way to contact support either .
Did you design this site to give the worst possible experience to paid customers ?
