Microsoft 365 Business Premium Donation for nonprofits

I see that this product provides up to 10 free licenses at no charge. Our organization would only need 5-7 licenses for email and communication purposes using this product. Does this mean we can use this and not have to worry about renewing cost as long as we put a valid payment method on our account and keep our non-profit account up to date?

    Hi there

Just a bit confused about how to go about this? We are trying to switch to this package for our charity which has less than 10 employees but its asking for payment when I try to switch.

    Many thanks

    Jo

Many thanks for getting back to me,

To answer your question " Can we also use the Microsoft 365 Business Basic (Nonprofit Staff Pricing) up to 300 employees?"

==>Yes, Micrsoft provides Microsoft 365 Business Basic up to 300 seats and Microsoft 365 Business Premium 10 seats as their primary cloud grant offer, so that, Microsoft 365 Business Basic (Nonprofit Staff Pricing) allows nonprofit organizations to have up to 300 users. Since you mentioned you would only have about 60-70 users, you can use this plan for your staff in the field for email and file storage at no cost. You can refer to Nonprofit FAQ | Microsoft Nonprofits and Compare Microsoft 365 Nonprofit Plans | Microsoft 365

I hope this information helps. If you have any other question or need further clarification, please feel free to let me know,

Thank you for your precious time. Have a nice day.

    Sincerely,

    Hi Libeamlak,

Thank you for this confirmation; this is great news. Can we also use the Microsoft 365 Business Basic (Nonprofit Staff Pricing) up to 300 employees? I haven't tested this yet. I am thinking of using this for our staff in the field, we would only have about 60-70 users who would need this for email and file storage at no cost to us as well.

    Thank you,

    Robert
