Many documents on library causing issue

Question

If I am migrating SP library on-prem to online and there were 50000 documents in on prem after migrating 5000 documents are not visible in SP online. Please help

Have you migrated the files successfully? Whether the number of files in modern site is correct? You could check it in site content.

If you migrate successfully,
1.You could check the view whether it show all items:

2.You could check your version settings, select “Any user who can read items” in Draft Item Security when Content Approval is turn on, or turn off Content Approval directly.
