Remove attachment from email

Hi everyone

Can I create a rule or something like this to remove specific attachment from email with specific subject?

    No, there is no "remove attachment" action for transport rules. You can however block the entire message, as detailed here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/security-and-compliance/mail-flow-rules/common-attachment-blocking-scenarios

    You could reject email for email which contains specific subject and specific file extension, but you cannot remove the attachment from this email:
