The type name RegistryKey could not be found in namespace Microsoft.Win32, why?

Question

I tried one of the examples to read user names from the registry and received this response from Visual Studio 2019: The type name RegistryKey could not be found in namespace Microsoft.Win32. The example can be found under Registry.Users Field. The version of windows I am using is Windows 10 Home.
