I am trying to use a pivot table to show % compliant (% of "Yes") per Nurse. I've tried various options and nothing works. I can manually get percentages with calculations. Any help appreciated.

Add Compliant to the Columns area.

Click on Compliant in the Values area and select Value Field Settings from the drop-down menu.

Activate the Show Values As tab.

Select '% of Row Total' from the drop-down.
