Hello SDPBC,
Thank you for supporting Microsoft products and posting in the community.
I understand that you are experiencing an issue with your Excel map chart not displaying all values. Here are some possible reasons and solutions you can check:
- Data Format Issue: Ensure your data format is correct, including columns for geographic information such as city, country, or postal code. Make sure all geographic data is in separate columns, such as "State" and "Country" being separate.
- Geographic Data Type: Use Excel's geographic data type feature to generate map charts more easily. Enter a list of geographic values (e.g., country/region, state/province, county, city, postal code), then select the list and go to the "Data" tab > "Data Types" > "Geography". Ensure your data type settings are correct.
- Disambiguation: If using data that may have multiple similar locations globally, the map chart may not recognize the differences. Add higher-level detail columns to the data, such as state/province. Add more detailed geographic information.
- Excel Version: Ensure you are using the latest version of Excel, as some features may not be available in older versions. Make sure your Excel is up to date.
Thank you for your patience, and I hope this information helps you.
