Missing Secure Flag & HttpOnly Flag From SSL Cookie - OWA

Recently had a PCI compliance scan on server running exchange 2016 fail due to following errors:

Missing HttpOnly Flag From Cookie
Missing Secure Flag From SSL Cookie

Is there any way to set secure cookie.

Any Idea ?
