Issue with onVue Pearson System Test - OpenJDK issue

Hi

When I did the system test for a Microsoft certification with the on Vue Pearson in windows 11 System, all went well till the end. But when I click on launch simulation. The system hangs and after some time I got the below Message.

I checked the add blocker, windows defender and antivirus everything is turned off. Not sure exactly what is going wrong. Tried it 10 times sadly nothing worked. Wanted to be stress free before taking the exam, but it made my stress increase 4 folds. Please suggest any solution.
