- Navigate to the file location from Excel web app to delete the file from there.

- Does this happen to all files or the specific file? Is the file created by you or shared with you?
- If you are using the personal account like Gmail.com, Outlook.com, Hotmail.com etc. or a work/school account organized by your organization in Excel web app?
- Could you please share some screenshots of the issue encountering or error prompt with us?
