Just a few moments ago my azure virtual machine was working fine, then some minutes later when i tried to join via remote it couldnt connect, then i saw that it was stopped/ deallocated and then the ip was changed. What should i do stop that from happening?

You need to go on the portal azure, and select auto-shutdown and you select off
You can keep your ip, you need to click on the adress ip in the Azure Portal, and select static and save :)

Thanks a lot dear friend! I first saw the ip was dynamic and i put it to static, but i didnt see the auto-shutdown option. Thanks for your answer ^^
