The error code is 0x5b4.
For more information check the cluster log and the system event log from node <Server3>.

The server '<Server3.testlab.local>' could not be added to the cluster.
An error occurred while adding node 'p-roam-svr02.aeon.com.hk' to cluster '<Cluster1>'.

    Hello @dla7321

Have you run cluster validation wizard before adding to cluster

Time out error seems related to communication between 2016 Node.

Please verify preferred DNS are set and Network Adapter and Teamning are identical as existing nodes.
