Hello,

Under "Your Copilot Activity History" in the online account privacy page, seems to be missing the ability to delete Copilot M365 App prompt history. I am running macOS 15.2 with an up to date Safari. As of now, my M365 apps are version 16.89. I recently had the most updated version, with copilot installed. I had rolled back to September of 2024.

    Hi HarryM_396,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I realize that you've encountered a problem with delete Copilot data in the online M365 account.

I tested it on a computer with the same system, and clicking "Delete all activity history" prompted me to delete all Copilot historical activity records.

If this is the function you need, click **"Clear"**to delete it.

    Feel free to post back.

    Hi Gina.X

Thank you for the update. I suppose the feature to remove app side data will come soon.

Could you also help me with this other question I have:

    Hi HarryM_396,

As we tested in the reply screenshot above, Copilot in M365 app currently does not have the function to delete all historical activity records, we suggest you wait patiently for the update.

To answer the question of your second thread.

Microsoft has implemented specific privacy and security measures for enterprise and commercial users, such as LLM boundaries (to ensure that data is not used outside the scope of the organization) and no "eyes access" (to prevent manual review of user data). However, these protections may not be explicitly extended to personal or non-commercial users of M365 apps using Copilot.
