Microsoft Bookings for a Shared Mailbox

Hi,

I created a shared booking page for future employees to schedule their pre-employment physicals. The bookings page is under my outlook account and I am listed as an administration whereas, the shared mailbox is a guest.

The shared mailbox is listed as the only available staff. I have configured the business hours. But it is not blocking off appointments already on the shared mailbox's outlook calendar.

I have tried to select Events on Microsoft 365 calendar affect availability the option but it is grayed out.

Any ideas?
