When logging into Creative Cloud, getting an error You're not connected to Creative Cloud.

I've attached a screenshot for your reference; if necessary, I can also add Debug logs. Thanks!
Though I am already logged in, tested with several other machines too, with different internet connections (without VPN)

    To echo John's comment, this isn't a Microsoft feature. It'd be an Adobe-supplied add-in, so locating and fixing the problem would be up to Adobe or another user in Adobe's forums. Sorry we can't be of more help, but it's outside our wheelhouse, I'm afraid.

    It's not up to Microsoft to ensure that Creative Cloud works as expected in Office. As Steve said, you'll have to work this out with Adobe.

    Hi Steve, the Creative Cloud is working fine outside the MS Office Apps.

    We are getting an issue within the MS Office Apps (tested with PowerPoint & Word).

    We have already checked this with Adobe and were not able to find an issue related to Adobe. We have the debugging logs too. Thanks!

    Creative Cloud is an Adobe product; you should raise this question on one of Adobe's forums.

    You've asked your question in a section of a Microsoft forum dedicated to helping with PowerPoint problems.
