I have created a microsoft form, and I have figured out how to link forms with excel. However, I am trying to export the data from the form into different excel workbook files based on dates listed on the form. Is there a function or extra step I should include between getting response details from forms and exporting to excel that will allow me to export my data into the respective workbooks based on my criteria. Thank you in advance.

    Dear Sir,

Good day! We appreciate your post on the Microsoft Community and we’re here to assist you.

As per your description, I’ve carefully read your description, and I understand your concern, that you are trying to export the data from the form into different excel workbook files based on dates listed on the form.

As far as I know, there is no such option to export the response data in different file according to response submission date or based on your criteria. I do understand the inconvenience caused and feel deeply sorry about it.

However, you can manually export data in different workbooks according to your criteria and also visit this article to know more Setting Up an Automated Workflow Between Microsoft Forms and Excel Through Power Automate - Microsoft Support.
