I realize that you have encountered a problem with your OneDrive application on Windows. I understand how you feel.
Here are some steps you can try:
1. Uninstall OneDrive.
- Open Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.
- Find Microsoft OneDrive in the app list, right click it and select uninstall.
2. Reinstall an older version of OneDrive.
- Click this link to download OneDrive installter : https://oneclient.sfx.ms/Win/Installers/23.107.0521.0001/amd64/OneDriveSetup.exe
- Run the installer to reinstall OneDrive. Open OneDrive application and see the effect.
Moreover, I would like to know:
- Which account are you using to sign in OneDrive? A personal account or a work/school account?
- You mentioned that you inserted a photo, but we don't see your photo here. Could you please attach your screenshot of this issue again? To upload a picture, you can click this button in the reply box.
- When did this issue occur? For example, was it after you recently updated the Windows system or installed other applications?
