MS Booking adding Staff

We have been using MS Bookings for a few years now, we have a service we use to book people in for Moving and Handling training, since today we can't add any staff as part of the service we get the error 'The meeting hours aren't correct. Please check the overlapping times or start times that come after an end time. It also won't let me save the business name in Business Information, when I add the name says the same error. When I press the arrow down on the Business hours nothing appears. I have checked the settings and times and nothing seems to be wrong. Every other shared service seems to work fine except this one as of today (06/03/2025). External people using the service booking link to book can use it fine, no issues on their end

    May I please double confirm if the issue is when you enable the toggle "use business hour" in the staff page?

    Could you please provide us with the screenshot of your business hour?

    May I please know when you enable "use business hour" option, does the time in the staff member changed?

    Does the staff member is in different time zone?

    One is business hours which by default is the same as the below staff hours, I just can't change the staff to business hours as I get the same error

    This error message usually occurs when there is a conflict in the meeting hours or overlapping times in the staff schedules. In order to better understand your query and provide possible solution, could you please provide us with the screenshot of the availability time of the service and the availability of the staffs?

    May I please know if you tried to use different browser to see the difference? If not, kindly try to use different browser and check if there is any difference.
