Issues in recovering hotmail account

Question

Something has happened with my email account and my password would not work. I tried to recover it with the "fogot my password" but the recovery email is old and does not exist anymore, and the phone number I provided is a land line (can not receive sms).
I have filled up the form but it keeps on being rejected.

Who could I contact? If ever I would get a voice message on my land line instead of an sms, that would work. Any option to ask for a voice message instead of text message?

I am quite desperate since I use that email address with many providers.

Please help.
