Missing Icons from the Icons library in sharepoint

Question

I am currently building a SharePoint site and wanted to add icons to the quicklinks I have created but it seems there are no icons available, they were earlier available for other sites that I created but after the new updates in SharePoint they are missing (see image attached)

I was having this exact same problem!

I opened in an incognito window, and all the icons reappeared, so I took a shot at clearing my cache and cookies, and all the icons are now visible in my normal browser! I hope this helps!

We appreciate your understanding that sometimes the initial response may not resolve the problem immediately. However, we can work together to narrow down and resolve the situation. So, for further troubleshooting, could you please provide the information below:

1. Unfortunately, I am not able to reproduce the issue from my end, so could you please let me know if you have tried clearing your browser cache to see if the icons load?
2. May I know if you are able to see the icons on old sites you created in the past?
3. May I know if you have tried accessing your SharePoint site from a different browser in private or incognito mode?
4. Could you please let me know if you checked if the Limited-access user permission lockdown mode not activated? In your SharePoint site go to Site settings page, click Site collection features under the Site Collection Administration heading.

I'm also experiencing the exact same issue, including the exact same icon which is the only one showing.

I'm having the same issue

Add quick links > Compact

Add link from web

In quick links side edit panel - scroll down to thumbnail and select

click library

click change

only 1 icon shows up
