We have Microsoft Panter subscription where we have

Windows Server (DataCenter Core/Standard Core) version 2004 (released May 2020)

Windows Server (DataCenter Core/Standard Core) Version 20H2 (updated Nov. 2020)

Entilement.

We installed Hyper-V core server standard 2019 and activate the license. Then we download Windows server standard 2019 evaluation, installed on the Hyper-V core as virtual machine with full feautures, then used the same license key to actiavate the VM without a problem. We then installed a second virtual server Windows Server 2019 full feautures, but this time the second server could not be activated giving an error "Error 0xc004F069 on a computer running Microsoft Windows non-core edition run 'slui.exe 0x2a 0xc004F069' to display the error text.
In short, can we use the license key of Windows Server 2019 core to activate Windows server 2019 full feature trial version ?

So where are we going wrong here. Help needed

    Hello Pokello,

I would recommend the next workaround:

From an elevated command prompt, and type (or copy) DISM.exe /Online /Get-TargetEditions

    Then enter DISM /online /Set-Edition:ServerStandard /ProductKey:<serial-key-here> /AcceptEula

Hope this helps in your case,
    Best regards,
