Hello,

Is possible to have two licencess, Microsoft 365 F1 plan and Office 365 E1 plan assigned to same user account at same time ?

Specifically can we use only feature for Entra ID Plan 1 (Conditional Access, etc) from Microsoft 365 F1 plan and all feature from Office 365 E1 plan ?

The question for the second scenario is whether it is possible to use Exchange OnLine Kiosk and Microsoft 365 F1 for same user account at the time.

From Exchange OnLine Kiosk we plan us all feature and form Microsoft 365 F1 we will use Entra ID Plan 1.

I found that is possible :

    Dear Dražen,

Yes, it is possible. However, based on the article Microsoft 365 F1 – Frontline Worker Solutions | Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 F1 does not include rights to an Exchange mailbox. To enable a full Teams experience, Microsoft 365 F1 licenses may come with the Exchange Online K1 service plan enabled. Although the Exchange Online K1 service plan will provision a mailbox for the user, Microsoft 365 F1 users are not entitled to use the mailbox. Microsoft 365 F1 includes the Exchange Kiosk service plan to enable Teams calendar only. It does not include mailbox rights.

So to use the Exchange Online services, I suggest you use the Exchange Online Plan1.

Here is a list of the feature comparison in the Exchange Online plans for your reference.

Exchange Online service description - Service Descriptions | Microsoft Learn

As you want to only use the feature of Entra ID Plan 1 covering the import features such as Conditional Access and Office 365 E1 contains the Exchange Online Plan1 license and Microsoft 365 F1 license's Microsoft Entra ID license may not cover the Conditional Access feature, I suggest you assign the Office 365 E1 license and a standalone Microsoft Entra ID Plan1 license instead of Office 365 F1 to the user.
